In 2019, he led a mission to fly around the world via both poles in a Qatar Executive Gulfstream G650ER business jet. The mission was called One More Orbit and marked the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The flight took 46 hours, 40 minutes and 22 seconds and set a new world record for the fastest circumnavigation of the Earth via both poles.
In 2020, he joined Victor Vescovo in a two-man submarine to dive to the deepest point of the world’s oceans, the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench. The dive was part of the Five Deeps Expedition, which aimed to explore the deepest point of each of the five oceans. In 2021, he flew to space with Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin company on board the New Shepard rocket. He was one of four passengers on the first crewed flight of the suborbital spacecraft, along with Bezos, his brother Mark Bezos and Wally Funk. The flight reached an altitude of 107 km (66 miles) and lasted about 10 minutes. Harding became one of the first space tourists to experience weightlessness and see the curvature of the Earth.
